PanAmsAt 10 signals in toronto

I was just wondering if we can setup our 12" TV dish in such a way that I can
get signals from PanAmsAt satellite probably frequencies between 3800Mhz
and 3999Mhz ?

PanamSat 10 is now IntelSat 10, but it's halfway around the world from Toronto.
Doesn't matter what size dish you have, there is NO mutual visibility.
