Shaw Direct (StarChoice) in Texas

We have just installed StarChoice (Shaw Direct) in Canada and will be taking a receiver to Texas in November.

We would like to know if we can purchase a dish and have it installed in Mercedes, Texas. Or, do we have to take a dish from Canada.

Thank you for your help with this dilemma.
