Hacking The Directv DVR R15

Since I'm an incurable tweaker I thought I might look into finding ways to hack my relatively new DirecTV R15 DVR recorder. It's so far listed as unhackable. Well I'm not ready to break out the soldering iron to change that just yet but I will write down a few discoveries.

1.To force a software download: Reset and on the first blue screen type 02468.

Two Way Satellite Internet - Self Install

Anyone know of any ISP's that provide two way Internet that will allow self-installs?   My home is in America (Florida) however I am currently stationed in Guantanamo Bay (GTMO), Cuba which limits who can come and do an installation.  Any advice on a two way provider that will allow a self install is appreciated.

Splitting a Satellite Signal for Multiple TV's

I am quoting an existing client on cabling his house...he currently has a satellite with 1 receiver...he would like to get another receiver, but has 5 TV's, is there a way to split the signal through a bi-directional amplifier so you can watch different channels on any TV?

Failed to Find Eurobird 2 @ 26E

Hi
I was pointing to NSS6 with my 100cm Ku-Band offset dish at my location. Now I wanted to point to Eurobird 2 @ 26E. I had calculated the azimuth and elevation with the calculators available in net according to my location longitude + latitude.
 
But all are in vain. As I do not any equipment to track a satellite, I failed to track the above.

Dish and hardware requirement for Australia

We are a small group of Indians in the remote locality of North west Australia ( 20.74 S &116.8 East )
We are looking for receiving Indian Channels from Insat 2E at 83 deg E. Locally we are unable to get any support. CAn some one  please help up us in choosing the right hardware. I visited your website and it is extremely useful as far as setting up dish is concerned. Little more ...
