Satellite TV Forum

I was just wondering if we can setup our 12" TV dish in such a way that I can
get signals from PanAmsAt satellite probably frequencies between 3800Mhz
and 3999Mhz ?

I live in Windsor, Ontario and I have an apartment on the east wall of my building. I'm wondering if there is any satellite system I can buy that I can point the dish south-east and get similar service to Dishnet.

I require a satellite installation in the Barrhead, Alberta, Canada area.
