Direct tv Latin America (Venezuela) help

I live in North Carolina and have a legal subscriber receiver from direct tv Venezuela and I bough a 80cm fortect star dish to get the Galaxy 3c but it didn't show the satellite in my birdog. I used different types of lnbf ( direct tv , legacy and dish pro ) some one can help me up... thank you.

DIRECTV latin america uses a diferent circular LNBF than the one used by US Directv. The LO frequency of the lnbf is much lower.

Also, I'm not sure about this, but Directv Latin amreica is on "Latin America" beam and I'm not sure how far north the signal covers.
